Cheating is part of the gameplay

EVE Online positions itself as a sandbox with a complete trading, political and social system, and fraud is a natural part of this ecosystem

To reduce the chance of losing your resources, follow these simple rules:

Corporate assets that you cannot afford to lose should not be accessible to anyone but you. Do you feel like you can trust your deputy because you’ve been playing together for 2 weeks now? Think about it.
Are you offered free stuff? This kind of cheese can only be found in a mousetrap. Even the minerals that you mined yourself have a price – you are investing in the process the cost of the ship, crystals, the paid game time that was required to learn the skills;
If you feel like things are going too smoothly, then you are right. This is a lie. EVE paranoia is a survival tool.
Some types of cheating are not only not prohibited, but also encouraged by game mechanics. Why did you think space is a friendly place? Moreover, no one forbids you to “breed” other pilots. This is the same source of income as the extraction of materials from asteroids.

The most important thing is real experience
The advantage in EVE is provided by your real experience, not played time or a large number of skill points. With the introduction of the SP sale, a character’s age also has no real impact on the game.

Even an advantage in skill points does not always mean a real superiority over an opponent. Consider this factor as a factor of your character’s effectiveness in a given situation. A character who has accumulated 50+ million SP over many years is still inferior in a combat situation to a pilot with 2-3 million points spent exclusively on combat skills. And the exact same difference would be between the capsuleer with 3 million points in general combat skills and the pilot of the Matar destroyer, who focused on increasing the DPS of artillery and completely ignored the control of the onboard battery (note: the guns of the Minmatar Republic do not consume battery power, therefore their ships have long been considered one of the best picks for PVP).
