There are so many games that are being released all the time that it’s hard to actually find something to play. Ironic, huh? The more of a choice we have the harder it is to find the perfect option. But with our list, it will be easier for you to navigate the maze of all the released-to-be games.
With the Covid-19 and the whole pandemic it caused, many titles saw significant delays. But unlike some games (let’s not point fingers, alright?) the games from our list will get released. Probably. Well, we hope so. So keep them on your radar to not miss the release and make sure you get your hands on the game that will capture your heart just by the description.
Naraka Bladepoint
This is a battler with parkour elements created by 24 Entertainment. The gameplay is set on an island that’s basically created for you to master all those weapons, grappling hooks, and the set of skills your character has. Some might think that battle royale games have seen their sundown. But the fact that over a million players got the open beta of this game on Steam suggests otherwise. However, Naraka Bladepoint is quite different from other battle royale games.

Humankind
This game is being developed by the studio that created the quite famous Endless Legend. Humankind is a historical 4x strategy that will take you for a ride through more than 60 “historical cultures from across the heritage of humanity”. This is going to be a highly tactical game that will let you explore the importance of fame and get complete control over the combat.

Psychonauts 2
Without switching main heroes, you will basically pick the story up from where it ended in the first game. In this sequel, you will explore Rax’s family even more and find out more details about his curse. So if you enjoyed the first part, the second one should be just as fun for you.

Sonic colors: Ultimate
The famous platformer gets renewed and ported to computers! Isn’t that great? Improved graphics and a new Wisp power-up along with a new mode and some other miscellaneous options will let Sonic fans enjoy this world again. In this edition, Dr. Eggman created a giant theme park that is powered by Wisps. Your — or Sonic’s — mission will be to free them by racing through the rides at the, well, supersonic speed.

Life is Strange: True Colors
Finally, the third game from this series. In this edition, we will explore the storyline of Alex Chen. She can read the emotions of other people and she needs to use this ability to discover the circumstances of his death. Just like previous releases, True Colors will have chapters — five in general. But all of them will be released at once. Also, there will be full-performance motion capture.

Deathloop
If you’ve played Dishonored, you must feel excited about this game because it’s created by Arkane. Deathloop’s story is happening on the fictional island called Blackreef where two assassins will have a, as we hope, spectacular and engaging battle.

Diablo II: Resurrected
Now, this one was a great surprise for virtually any gamer because who didn’t play this legendary game? Diablo II: Resurrected will be a complete remake by Blizzard and Vicarious Visions. Moreover, you will be able to get the game to its classic form with just one button — to see how much developers have done or to enjoy some nostalgic gaming. New World
Amazon finally managed to create a complete and playable game, it seems. It’s an open-world MMO that’s set on a magical island. Your ship has wrecked and you now must survive through leveling up and exploring your new world. There are no classes in this game, but you can choose and improve personal attributes upon leveling up, trade skills, and improve the weapon. The game looks very promising.

FIFA 22
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that there will be a new FIFA game. This edition gets new icons and a new cover star that is PSG’s Kylian Mbappe. Just like in the previous year, this release doesn’t get an engine upgrade.

Far Cry 6
Despite that this edition got leaked during the Ubisoft Forward, we still are excited to see what’s inside. There will be a new villain called Anton Casillo played by Giancarlo Esposito whom you might know from Breaking Bad. In Far Cry 6, the Fangs for Hire system is back, and it will be set in a city — for the first time in the series. Your goal will be to free the tropical island from its despot President.

Battlefield 2042
If you think 2020 was bad, take a look at how developers of Battlefield see 2042. It’s way grimmer with economies destroyed by climate change, and people challenged with the shortage of everything. The world is a step away from war — and that’s the world for you to live in when you play Battlefield 2042. It is supposed to be the biggest Battlefield game yet as it will support 128 players simultaneously, dynamic weather, and changing battlegrounds.
